Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 5:30 PM will generally be processed and delivered within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed after 5:30 PM will generally be processed and delivered within 48 hours.

  • All orders are subject to product availability and delivery conditions.

  • Customized orders, wedding orders, corporate orders, and large event orders may require additional preparation time.

  • Our team will confirm the expected delivery timeline for customized or large orders when the order is placed.

  • Delivery times may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Coverage

Fa Le Bon Chocolatier offers delivery across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Abu Dhabi, with the exception of the Abu Dhabi Western Region.

Our delivery services are available in:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

Please note that delivery is not available to the Abu Dhabi Western Region.

For specific locations, large orders, wedding orders, corporate orders, or event deliveries, customers are encouraged to contact our team in advance to confirm delivery availability and arrangements.

Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Our delivery team may contact the customer or recipient before or during the delivery process to coordinate the available delivery time.

Customers are requested to provide an accurate delivery address and active contact number when placing an order.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Customer or recipient name

  • Active phone or WhatsApp number

  • Complete delivery address

  • Building or villa information

  • Apartment or office number, where applicable

  • Any useful delivery instructions

Fa Le Bon Chocolatier is not responsible for delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information provided by the customer.

Recipient Availability

The recipient or an authorized person should be available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery period.

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may contact the customer or recipient to arrange an alternative delivery time, subject to availability and applicable delivery conditions.

For perishable and temperature-sensitive products, timely receipt of the order is important to help maintain product quality.

Store Collection

Where store collection is available, customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our store.

Store Collection Hours: Until 10:00 PM

Please bring your order confirmation or provide the necessary order details when collecting your order.

Customized & Event Orders

Fa Le Bon Chocolatier specializes in customized chocolates, wedding chocolate collections, corporate gifts, macarons, and luxury chocolate boxes.

Because customized and large orders require additional preparation, customers are encouraged to place these orders in advance.

Delivery timing for:

  • Event orders

  • Bulk orders

may differ from standard orders.

Our team will discuss the production and delivery schedule with you before confirming the order.
