Delivery

We offer delivery across all Emirates in the UAE.

• Orders are typically processed and delivered the next day, ensuring freshness and quality
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on order size, customization, and location
• Store collection is available daily until 10:00 PM

We strive to ensure every order arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

Refused Deliveries

If a recipient chooses to refuse the delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

Due to the fresh and made-to-order nature of our products:

• Cancellations must be requested immediately after placing the order
• Orders that have entered production or dispatch cannot be cancelled
• Customized and personalized orders are non-cancellable once preparation has begun

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges under specific circumstances:

• Items must be defective or damaged upon delivery
• Requests must be made promptly after receiving the order
• Our team will assess and arrange a suitable replacement if applicable

Return Policy

As our products are perishable and handcrafted, we do not accept returns except in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• The order was incorrect or misdelivered
